(Head Office: Osaka; President: Isao Teshirogi; hereafter “Shionogi”) and Victory Pharma, Inc., (Head Office: San Diego, California, USA; President and CEO: Matt Heck; hereafter “Victory”), a privately-held U.S. pharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, development and marketing of products to treat pain and related conditions, today announced that Sciele has agreed to acquire Victory.
