In her new role, Ms. Nelson will assist Provision's clients in developing and expanding HRP programs to increase efficiencies, promote organizational growth and improve the overall quality of protection and oversight for humans participating in clinical research.

Ms. Nelson has over 14 years of experience in IRB leadership and board operations. She previously served as Board Chair at Schulman IRB where she was responsible for the leadership and oversight of all aspects of IRB operations. She has extensive experience in process development and implementation, staff development, and board education and growth. Ms. Nelson is a clinical nurse specialist and holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree.
