Sanofi Eyes Major Expansion at UK Site
The company is seeking outline consent for its wide-ranging 2017 masterplan as well as full planning consent for the demolition of an existing structure and the extension of another key building.
Sanofi has lodged a hybrid application with Cheshire East Council to redevelop its Holmes Chapel site, which currently employs 320 staff and is the company's inhalation and nasal spray centre supplying markets worldwide. The site is also involved in the manufacture and supply of clinical trial materials, including clinical packaging and labelling.
