Sanofi-Aventis (France) Buys 25% Of Drugmaker Zentiva For $515 Million
PARIS, March 27 (Reuters) - Sanofi-Aventis (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) has bought a 24.9 percent stake in Czech generic drugmaker Zentiva (ZNTVsp.PR: Quote, Profile, Research) for 430 million euros ($515 million) to expand in eastern and central Europe, the French drugmaker said on Monday.
