Salvador Imaging, Inc. Acquired From Photon Dynamics, Inc.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 2, 2008 -- Salvador Imaging, Inc. today announced that a group of investors led by David Gardner, Salvador Imaging's founder and current President, has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of the company from Photon Dynamics, Inc. Terms of the acquisition were not announced. The acquisition will not impact employees, vendors or customers.
