Roche Diagnostics Settles Suit Over Alleged $12 Million Scam

INDIANAPOLIS -- Roche Diagnostics said Wednesday it has settled a federal lawsuit with companies it accused of scamming it out of $12 million in merchandise. No details of the confidential settlement were disclosed. In the suit filed last month, Roche claimed four New York-based companies -- On-Call Inc., The Complete Solution, Sion Enterprises and CMB Management -- misled it into selling promotional samples at an 85 percent discount.
