Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Issued Method Of Use Patent For RP-G28

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - June 28, 2016) - Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTTR) ("Ritter Pharmaceuticals" or the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutic products that modulate the human gut microbiome to treat gastrointestinal diseases, today announced that it recently has been issued U.S. Patent No. 9,370,532 by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

U.S. Patent No. 9,370,532 covers methods for treating symptoms associated with lactose intolerance and for overall improvement in gastrointestinal health. Subject to the payment of maintenance fees, this patent will remain in force until 2030.
