Ricerca Biosciences Announces New CEO

CONCORD, OH —February 1, 2008—Ricerca Biosciences, LLC announced today that R. Ian Lennox has accepted the appointment as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the organization. Mr. Lennox has been Executive Chairman at Ricerca since 2006.

Mr. Lennox is past CEO, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Markets, at MDS Inc.; CEO, Phoenix International Life Sciences; and Executive Chairman and CEO, Drug Royalty Corp. Mr. Lennox’s career began at Monsanto Company where for almost twenty years he held various leadership positions in both the US and International operations.
