The Columbia, South Carolina-based manufacturer of needle and surface neurophysiology electrodes purchased SYSPRO ERP software from SYSPRO reseller Edgeware Computers after an extensive search. The purchase also involved SYSPRO Customer Relationship Management software.
SYSPRO software will replace disparate systems at Rhythmlink, enabling company management to enhance decision making capabilities via a real-time enterprise view of all operations including its overseas facilities. According to Michael O'Leary, a Rhythmlink principal, other factors influencing the choice of SYSPRO include the software's ease-of-use by individuals with varying skill sets, foreign language support and the ability to add new functionalities as requirements dictate.
At Rhythmlink SYSPRO software will also facilitate the control of engineering releases, inter-company transfers, order processing fulfillment, invoicing and receiving and regulatory compliance through upstream and downstream lot number traceability.
