GHENT, BELGIUM--(Marketwire - November 15, 2011) - Remedent, Inc. ("Remedent" or the "Company") (OTCBB: REMI), an international company specializing in research, development, and the manufacturing of oral care and cosmetic products, announced today that it filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its form 10-Q report for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. This allows the Company an additional 5 business days to file the form 10-Q which otherwise would be due on November 14, 2011. The Company expects to file the 10-Q on or before November 21, 2011. In addition, the Company will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 30 at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time to discuss the operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
