Boston, MA - 5 May, 2005 - Boston Bio-Relationships is the region's only American-Australian-New Zealand biotechnology meeting. The one-day intensive meeting is a high-level biotechnology business forum that connects business executives, scientists and venture capitalists from Australia, New Zealand and the USA. This is the fourth year of the conference.

The 2005 program will showcase Australian and New Zealand biomedical innovation, highlight successful product development partnerships between the countries and the US and provide insight into accessing innovation and managing partnerships across the globe. Boston Bio-Relationships opens the doors to collaborative and venture capital opportunities with the most promising Australian and New Zealand biotechnology companies and research organizations.

Twenty of Australia and New Zealand's most established and successful biotechnology ventures will be presenting at the conference, with a focus on metabolic disorders, oncology, cardiovascular, drug delivery systems and genomics. There will be a large delegation of Australian and New Zealand industry and government attending the event to network with US industry.

The meeting will feature a number of panels with Australian, New Zealand and US experts discussing topical issues in the biopharmaceutical industry; a lunch with Ken Kaitin (Director of the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development) as keynote speaker; a partnering forum; and a networking cocktail reception and gala dinner. This event offers an excellent opportunity to network with potential corporate partners and key players in the industry.
