Real Staffing Reflects on a Positive First Full Year of Business in the Bay Area
Real Staffing opened the doors to its first west coast office in the summer of 2010 and is pleased to report promising figures following the first full year of business in the Bay Area.
Recognising talent and identifying opportunity, Real Staffing offers its clients and candidates specialist sector knowledge and market expertise from their team of qualified Consultants. The San Francisco office concentrates on working closely with leading Pharma and Biotech companies and most recently has diversified into the IT sector, utilizing relationships already established with the company’s European counterparts. In 18 months, the team has grown from six to 22, pulling in some impressive statistics entering 2012.
To date, the team has secured 42 regular full-time placements and 86 temp/consultant placements, of which have an average length of 36 weeks.
In this time, Real Staffing has successfully agreed terms of business with 76 companies ranging in size from 50 to 40,000+ employees. The team is focused on developing strong relationships with clients, thus earning them Career Builder’s ‘Best of Staffing’ award in 2011.
As a result of the San Francisco team’s accomplishments, Real Staffing has increased its presence on the west coast by opening a San Diego office in January this year. The southern Californian team will also focus on the Pharma and Biotech markets. Both offices will look to expand their teams of specialist Consultants in 2012; offering talented graduates and sales professionals the opportunity to start a career within a company that prides itself on the meritocratic culture it has created.
