Radius Announces Closing Of Public Offering Of Common Stock And Full Exercise Of Underwriters' Option To Purchase Additional Shares
WALTHAM, Mass., Jan. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Radius Health, Inc. (Nasdaq:RDUS) (the "Company"), a science-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on developing potential new therapeutics for patients with advanced osteoporosis as well as other serious endocrine-mediated diseases, including hormone responsive cancers, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 4,600,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $36.75 per share, including 600,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares of common stock.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC is acting as lead manager.
