Radient Pharmaceuticals Signs Agreement With TS Pharm to Launch and Distribute Onko-Sure(R) in Central America and the Caribbean

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwire - September 26, 2011) - Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation ("the Company" or "Radient") (OTCQX: RXPC) (PINKSHEETS: RXPC), a developer and marketer of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) cancer tests, today announced it has signed a Regional Distributor Partner Agreement with Irvine-based TS Pharm, Inc.

In accordance with the Agreement, TS Pharm will market and sell Onko-Sure® in Central American and Caribbean nations including: Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Curacao, Netherland Antilles, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, and Trinidad & Tobago.

TS Pharm has been in business 10 years supplying pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, including oncology products into Central America and the Caribbean.
