Radiant Research Completes Sale Of Clinical Pharmacology Business Unit For Approximately $65 Million
BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 1, 2006--Radiant Research, a comprehensive clinical research company, today announced that it has completed the sale of its Early Phase Clinical Research Business Unit which included eight clinical pharmacology centers to Covance Inc. for approximately $65 million.
