Quantum Medical Imaging, LLC Installs A Q-Rad-Digital Radiographic System At Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology In WI
Long Island, N.Y., September 21, 2015 — Medical equipment manufacturer, Quantum Medical Imaging-Division of Carestream- has completed the installation of a Quantum Q-Rad-Digital Radiographic System at Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology. The sale and installation was facilitated by Northern X-Ray (NXC) Imaging that is a certified Quantum / Carestream Dealer.
Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology provides advanced cancer care in northeast Wisconsin. With 21 physicians and advanced practice nurse practitioners, along with more than 130 nurses and support staff, Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology partners with patients and families in their fight against cancer and blood diseases. Established in 1990, the new Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology and Diagnostic Imaging Center is now THE most advanced provider of cancer care in Wisconsin, and the Midwest. The Q-Rad-Digital Radiographic System installed at Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology features a fully integrated X-Ray room that consists of a Quantum 65kW generator with a High Speed Starter, a Ceiling-Mounted Tube Support with TechVision™, an Elevating/Float-Top Radiographic Table, a Digital Wall Stand and a Wireless DRX-1C Cesium detector. The DRX Cesium detector provides lower dose imaging for improved patient care. Along with the Quantum Digital System NXC has facilitated the sale and implementation of a Carestream PACS system.
