QIAGEN N.V. Moves To Larger Waltham Facility, Says It's Not Done Hiring

The Waltham research and development center of the German life science firm Qiagen is moving its 60 employees to a new 30,000-square-foot location at the AstraZeneca BioHub.

Greg Dale, general manager at Qiagen Boston, said the number of workers at the site has tripled in just the past two years. The firm needed more than the 10,000 square feet in its former offices at Bear Hill Road. “We simply outgrew the space,” he said.
