Proton Pump Inhibitors May Be the Problem After MI, Not Clopidogrel, Copenhagen University Hospital Study

MedPageToday -- Patients using proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) after a first heart attack had more subsequent major cardiovascular events regardless of whether they also received clopidogrel (Plavix), a large Danish registry found.
