ProtoKinetix Inc. Announces New President And Chief Executive Officer

ProtoKinetix, Incorporated (OTC:PKTX) (www.protokinetix.com) (the "Company" or "ProtoKinetix") announces that a cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission was revoked effective as of the date of this news release. In connection with the revocation, the Company also announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Ross Senior as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of February 19, 2015. Mr. Clarence E. Smith has been appointed as the Company's new President and Chief Executive Officer.
