PAUL, Minn., June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingrid Lindberg, chief customer experience officer at Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a leading pharmacy benefit manager, is presenting today on "Enhancing the Consumer Experience with Health Plans." She is speaking at the first Consumer Experience Forum offered by America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Institute in Las Vegas.

The Consumer Experience Forum showcases industry experts, like Lindberg, who will offer strategies and best practices to help drive customer experience innovation.

Lindberg, a veteran customer experience leader, will share her expertise on the importance of aligning customer touch points and communicating a consistent and intentional experience.
