President of Credo-TM Joins Neuro-Biotech Corp. Board of Directors

(PINKSHEETS: MRES) (OTCQB: MRES) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, the president of Credo-TM, Mr Rustern Yusupov, will assume the position of Vice-President Marketing. Mr Yusupov will be based out of Credo-TM`s head office in Kazan, Russia. Mr Yusupov will help lead the implementation of Neuro-Biotech licensees' network, particularly in the creation of its own "Technological Showcase" to support the training of technicians as well as the developments of new products.

Mr. Yusupov has an extensive experience in Internet and media advertising. Mr Yusupov is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Credo-TM, a corporation that developed, with the help of government grants, a solid distribution network of advanced and modern medical products. Mr Yusupov`s company currently employs more than 300 individuals. Over the years, Mr. Yusupov has served on the boards of directors of private companies. Mr Yusupov graduated in 1994 from the Kazan Aviation University.
