PRA International, Inc. Opens New Office in Poland

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- PRA International, a leading Clinical Research Organization, is pleased to announce that our Warsaw, Poland-based Early Development Services (EDS) and Product Registration teams have recently relocated into a new, larger office to accommodate their continuing growth.

Previously, PRA's Polish EDS and Product Registration units operated in separate offices. According to Dr. Ludger Langer, PRA's Vice President of Clinical Operations in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, having both groups under one roof will create beneficial synergies, enhance internal and external communications, and enable our teams to serve clients from one of the city's primary business districts.

Like other PRA EDS locations in Central and Eastern Europe, the Warsaw EDS team uses our innovative unit-on-demand business model that brings a Phase I center to patients. This model establishes a Phase I study environment in central medical facilities that specialize in treating target patient populations.
