Mass High Tech -- Pluromed Inc., a Woburn medical device company, has raised $1.1 million of a planned $3.9 million funding round, according to federal documents. With a total of $7.25 million raised over three previous rounds, Pluromed has now taken in almost $8.5 million in funding, federal documents showed.
