Pinnacle Health Enhances Their Digisonics OB Ultrasound Structured Reporting System

Houston, TX -- Pinnacle Health in Harrisburg, Pa. has enhanced their Digisonics Structured Reporting System for OB ultrasound by adding fully-functional web-based remote reading capabilities. Users will benefit from web-based access to the Digisonics structured reporting system for study review and reporting anywhere at any time. In addition, Pinnacle Health will utilize DigiSync across all their enterprise sites, enabling users to launch the Digisonics OB ultrasound structured reporting software directly from any/all Philips iSite PACS workstation(s).
Pinnacle Health’s workflow will also be enhanced with HL7 interfaces to their Siemens Syngo system. A DigiLink interface which will provide their clinicians with access to PDFs of the OB ultrasound structured reports from Siemens. A Report-to-PACS interface will convert the finalized structured report into a DICOM image, preserving the original formatting, and sent to the Philips iSite PACS.
As a result, Pinnacle Health will benefit from a fully integrated OB ultrasound imaging and structured reporting solution, enabling a much more efficient workflow for the entire staff.
