Pilgrim Software’s integrated risk, compliance and quality management software solutions help regulated organizations remain compliant and minimize risk. PleaseReview provides a collaborative, browser-based environment to manage the document authoring and review process. It enables simultaneous authoring and review of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, PDFs, images and text. Taking advantage of its simple ‘point and click’ review tools, users virtually discuss and synchronize documents with each other, paragraph by paragraph, or can download for offline review. The document author or manager maintains full control of the review and can monitor users’ progress, while all changes and comments are automatically saved in an audit trail. The automatic capture of key metrics can subsequently be used for reporting and analysis.
