Phagelux Announces Acquisition Of Novel Delivery Systems

SHANGHAI, Dec. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Phagelux, Inc., a leading anti-bacterial company developing phage-based solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of several biodegradable polymer delivery systems from Iveria Technologies, Inc., a U.S.-based development company specializing in such technologies. 

"The acquisition of these technologies from Iveria will allow us to deliver our phage-based antibacterial solutions either as stand-alone products or in combination with more established medicines," said Mark Engel, Chairman of Phagelux.  "The latter should open up a series of licensing and co-development opportunities for our company."
