Pfizer Reports Fourth-Quarter And Full-Year 2014 Results; Provides 2015 Financial Guidance

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) reported financial results for fourth-quarter and full-year 2014. At the beginning of fiscal year 2014, the company began managing its commercial operations through a new global commercial structure consisting of two distinct businesses: an Innovative Products business and an Established Products business. The Innovative Products business is composed of two operating segments: the Global Innovative Pharmaceutical segment (GIP)(3) and the Global Vaccines, Oncology and Consumer Healthcare segment (VOC)(3). The Established Products business consists of the Global Established Pharmaceutical segment (GEP)(3).
