Pfizer Inc. (Jobs) In Talks With Investors To Spin Off Japan R&D Unit
TOKYO -(Dow Jones)- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) is in talks with U.S., European and Japanese investors about spinning off its research and development laboratory in central Japan as an independent company next year, the head of its Japanese subsidiary said Friday.
