Parenteral Drug Association/FDA Conference September 10-12, 2008 to Explore Global Initiatives for Ensuring the Integrity of the Pharmaceutical Ingredient Supply Chain

BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwire - July 16, 2008) - The Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) announced today that together with the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA), it will host the PDA/FDA Pharmaceutical Ingredient Supply Chain Conference in Washington, D.C., September 10-12, 2008. The program is being developed jointly with FDA and will provide information on guidance and regulations from around the world, including North America, Europe and Asia. Presenters from the World Health Organization (WHO), the US Pharmacopeia (USP), FDA, the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration (SHFDA) as well as industry experts, will share their perspectives and solutions during eight sessions.
