Pall Corporation Announces 2007 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, Record Dates and Deadline for Submission of Shareholders' Proposals

EAST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) (“Pall”) today announced that its board of directors has called its 2007 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 28, 2008. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is the close of business on April 8, 2008. In accordance with Pall’s by-laws and applicable regulation, submissions of shareholder proposals must be received by March 20, 2008 to be included in Pall’s proxy materials.
