BELTSVILLE, Md., Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- P4 Diagnostix Laboratory Network announced today the acquisition of Metamark Laboratories, Inc., formerly a division of Metamark Genetics, Inc.
The acquisition of Metamark Laboratories expands the geographic reach, insurance base, and urology testing portfolio of P4 Diagnostix Laboratory Network ("P4").
