Oxford Immunotec Global PLC Announces Pricing Of Initial Public Offering

OXFORD, England & MARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oxford Immunotec Global PLC (NASDAQ: OXFD) (the "Company") announced today that its initial public offering of 5,360,000 ordinary shares priced at $12.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 804,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount. The ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on November 22, 2013 under the trading symbol "OXFD."
