COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIR), the leading cellular and regenerative medicine company focused on developing and marketing products to treat conditions in wound care, orthopaedics and sports medicine, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on October 30, 2015 to stockholders of record as of October 16, 2015.
