OSI Systems, Inc. (OSIS) Awarded $2 Million Contract for Patient Monitoring & Connectivity Solutions

HAWTHORNE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has been awarded an approximate $2 million contract to provide patient monitoring and connectivity solutions to a prominent Texas medical center. To help improve care and increase efficiencies, Spacelabs solutions such as the new qube™ and XPREZZON™ patient monitors, as well as the company’s Ultraview telemetry transmitters, will replace existing equipment in the intensive care, cardiac critical care, and telemetry areas. Spacelabs’ renowned ICS G2 enterprise connectivity solution will also be deployed to provide clinicians with patient monitoring data when and where it is needed.
