(NASDAQ: OFIX) (the Company) announced today the receipt of a letter, included below, from one of its largest shareholders, who opposes a proposal by Ramius LLC to make changes to the Company’s Board of Directors, and disagrees with Ramius’s desire to have the Company sell its Blackstone Medical business.
