Orthofix International NV Appoints Ronald A. Matricaria As New Chairman Of The Board

Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ:OFIX) today announced the appointment of Ronald A. Matricaria as a Director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Matricaria replaces Kathleen (“Kathy”) Regan, who has served as Interim Chair since January. Ms. Regan will continue to serve as an independent director for the Company and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
