OrthoAccel Technologies, Inc. Names Kelly Enos As Chief Financial Officer And Vice President Of Finance And Administration

HOUSTON, May 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OrthoAccel^® Technologies, Inc. announces that Kelly Enos has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president of finance and administration. As CFO, Enos will oversee all of OrthoAccel's accounting, finance, information technology, legal and human resources functions. She brings more than 20 years of financial management and operations experience to her new position including prior experience in CFO roles at high tech, start-up and venture-backed companies.

Most recently, Enos served as the chief financial officer for Kony, Inc., the fastest growing enterprise app mobility company in the market.

Throughout her career, Enos has led countless transactions across a variety of debt and equity structures, including initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Enos began her career with Ernst & Young and later worked in investment banking at notable firms such as Oppenheimer. A graduate from Louisiana State University, she went on to pursue an MBA from Rice University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
