BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ: SEED - News) (“Origin” or the “Company”), a vertically–integrated supplier of hybrid crop seeds in China, will announce unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2011. These results reflect the Company’s financial statements during the period from January 1, 2011 to March 31, 2011. Origin prepares its financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) of the United States.
