BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ: SEED) (“Origin” or the “Company”), a vertically–integrated supplier of hybrid crop seeds in China, will announce unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2009. These results reflect the Company’s financial statements during the period from October 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
