Ophthalmic Imaging Systems Reports Second Quarter 2007 Results

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ophthalmic Imaging Systems (OIS) (OTCBB:OISI) today reported financial results for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2007. For the six months ended June 30, 2007, OIS reported net revenues of $7.8 million compared with net revenues of $7.5 million for the same period last year. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2007 was $1.1 million, or $0.07 and $0.06 earnings per basic and diluted share, respectively, compared with net income of $1.0 million, or $0.06 earnings per basic and diluted share, for the first six months of 2006.
