Liege (Belgium) - February 12, 2010, 8:00 CET - OncoMethylome Sciences SA (Euronext Brussels: ONCOB, Euronext Amsterdam: ONCOA) reports that it received a transparency statement which shows that on February 3, 2010, APG Algemene Pensioen Groep NV held 559,102 shares (or 4.24%) of the total 13,185,614 outstanding OncoMethylome shares.
APG Algemene Pensioen Groep NV is the asset manager for the OncoMethylome shares previously declared as being held by Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP. APG Algemene Pensioen Groep NV is 98% owned by Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP.
