OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OMCM) Ranks as the 253rd Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte & Touche LLP (New York, New York)'s 2011 Technology Fast 500(TM)

(OTCBB: OMCM) today announced that it ranked number 253 on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500™, ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. OmniComm grew 350% during this period.

OmniComm's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cornelis F. Wit, credits the ongoing expansion of its customer base in the US and Europe to their continued focus on the customers' needs and on good customer service.
