Omni Medical Makes Acquisition; Revenue More Than Doubles

RAPID CITY, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2005--Omni Medical Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ONMH) is pleased to announce it has acquired Plum Creek Out Patient, Inc (PCO) and certain assets of Stat Anesthesia, PC in a stock based transaction. Additionally, Omni has signed a long term agreement with Stat to provide a full range of administrative services for that practice.
