PETALUMA, Calif., Dec. 4, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq:OCLS) today announced an offering to sell securities to select accredited investors for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.2 million. Oculus intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
