Nypro Says it Needs to Hire 100 More Employees in Clinton

Nypro announced recently that it needs to hire an additional 100 employees for its Clinton operations to meet current and expected customer demands. Positions to be filled, beginning immediately, include assemblers, inspector/packers, general factory support, quality engineers, "black belt" engineers, product engineers and technicians. John Witkowski, general manager of Nypro Healthcare Clinton, made the announcement. "We are growing at a rapid rate and believe the trend will continue for the next several years," he added. According to Witkowski, Nypro Healthcare, the medical device and drug delivery business of Nypro Inc., currently employs about 550 people in Clinton. There are an additional 300 employees from other operations, including the company’s headquarters also in Clinton.
