Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services To Locate Headquarters At Commerce Court Building At Station Square, Pittsburgh
CLEVELAND, Ohio – March 31, 2015 – Forest City Commercial Group announced today that Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services has signed a 10-year lease agreement totaling approximately 28,000 square feet of space in the Commerce Court office building at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA.

Commerce Court is a seven-story, 379,000-square-foot office building with ground-floor retail. Originally built in 1918 as a railway freight warehouse, the property was redeveloped in the 1980s as a modern office building and was acquired by Forest City in 2007. In addition to Novum, major tenants include U.S. Bank, WESCO International, Inc., Cardworks Servicing Inc. and MARC USA.
CBRE (NYSE: CBG) represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction, and is responsible for office and retail leasing at Station Square.
