Novartis AG Gets OK To Sell Version Of AstraZeneca PLC's Toprol-XL
Novartis AG, the world’s second-largest generic drug maker, won U.S. approval of a version of AstraZeneca Plc’s Toprol-XL hypertension medicine. Novartis’s Sandoz generic unit won approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for a 25-milligram dose of Toprol-XL, the company said.
