BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: NWBO) (NW Bio), a biotechnology company developing DCVax® personalized immune therapies for solid tumor cancers, announced today that it intends to offer shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The shares of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock are being offered as units.
