Nonin Medical, Inc.'s Philip Isaacson Expands CEO Role; President And COO Steve Bucholz To Retire May 1
MINNEAPOLIS, April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nonin Medical, a global leader in noninvasive medical monitoring, today announced that President and Chief Operating Officer Steve Bucholz will retire May 1. Company founder Philip Isaacson is expanding his role as Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Isaacson will continue in his role as Chief Technology Officer. Operations will transition to David Noel, Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Isaacson established Nonin Medical in 1986 with three engineers; Mr. Bucholz joined the company as Operations Manager the following year.
