NMS Labs Earns Prestigious International Accreditation From The American Society Of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD/LAB)

WILLOW GROVE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NMS Labs is proud to announce that it has earned the prestigious ASCLD/LAB-International accreditation from the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD/LAB) at both its core toxicology laboratory in Willow Grove, PA and its Integrated Forensic Laboratories (IFL) sites in Cumberland County and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. With this accreditation, NMS Labs becomes the first private laboratory in the world to hold accreditations from both ASCLD/LAB and the American Board of Forensic Toxicology (ABFT) in toxicology.

ASCLD/LAB is a nonprofit organization that has specialized in the accreditation of public and private crime laboratories for over 30 years. Their accreditation program is based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 17025) standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and enhanced by ASCLD/LAB-International Supplemental Requirements.
